Refund and Returns Policy

1. Faulty or Damaged Products
We are committed to ensuring that all our products meet your expectations. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement product, or
• Store credit for the amount of the purchase.
Conditions for Faulty Product Returns
To qualify, the product must:
• Be returned within 60 days of purchase.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
• Have the original packaging where possible.
We will cover the shipping costs for returning the faulty product.

2. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes purchases may not suit your needs. If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, we offer the following options:

• A refund, or
• A store credit for the amount of the purchase.

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns
To qualify, the product must:
• Be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Be in its original, unused, and unopened condition.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Please note: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns. Refunds for change of mind exclude any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us
Email us at junglelures@bigpond.com or use our contact form (here) to notify us of your return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Instructions
We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions for returning your product.

3. Shipping Your Return
• For faulty products: We will provide a prepaid return label.

• For change-of-mind returns: You will need to arrange and pay for the shipping.

4. Processing Time
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or issue a store credit within 7 business days.

Exclusions
The following products are not eligible for return:
• Items not in their original condition (excluding faulty items).
• Products returned after 30 days from purchase.

Your Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for faulty products. Our policy is designed to complement your statutory rights, not replace them.
